DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS OF 
WOMEN'S AUXILIARY RECORDING SECRETARY

Position Characteristics:
The goal of the Berean Missionary Baptist Association is to "Build Healthy Churches" and
maintain the health of the church through EQUIPPING ministries, EDIFYING members, and
EXALTING Christ through EVANGELISM. The Women’s Auxiliary operates under the
guidance of the parent body to support the goal and activities of the Association.
The Women’s
Auxiliary Recording Secretary serves under the by-laws of the Berean Missionary Baptist
Association.

The Women’s Auxiliary Recording Secretary keeps accurate records of the Women’s Auxiliary
meetings. She shall be an active member in good standing in the association, eighteen years of
age or older, an active member in good standing at their home church with a written or verbal
recommendation from their home church pastor preferred. A ranking church official such as
Chairman Deacon is acceptable if the Pastor’s position is vacant.

The Women’s Auxiliary Secretary shall:
- Demonstrate belief in Jesus Christ
- Exhibit good character
- Be able to work with others
- Attend Association Meetings
- Supports Berean Association activities
- Supports the Congress of Christian Education and Laymen’s Division
