DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS OF

TREASURER

The Treasurer maintains the financial records of the Corporation; prepares the annual accounting
and financial statements of the Corporation for the annual meeting of
the membership of the
Corporation (Which may be prepared by a certified public accountant when authorized by the
board of directors); and reports on these matters to the board of directors and the membership of
the Corporation. The Treasurer will assist the secretary in the counting of ballots in any election
of the Corporation.

Expected Qu
alifications:
1. Be able to understand Banking and work with banks to supervise the banking account(s)
of the Corporation.
2. Understand the Federal and state procedures to renew corporate and state Registration on
a yearly basis.
3. Maintain working relationship with the individual responsible for maintaining financial
responsibility for the Division.
4. Present financial reports to the Board and the Members of the Association.
